Volunteer Culture
Our employees volunteer countless hours throughout the region.
A number of company executives and employees serve on the boards of a variety of organizations, such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Dayton Development Coalition, Dayton-area Chamber of Commerce, The Foodbank and Daybreak.
Two annual employee activities are Rebuilding Together Dayton and the Earth Day Five Rivers Cleanup, which DP&L has actively participated in for more than 15 years.
