Releasing Your Personal Account Information: The Choice Is Yours

Beginning January 1, 2001, the generation portion of the electric utility business became deregulated for customers of Ohio's investor-owned utilities, including Dayton Power and Light. As a result, DP&L is required to include your name, address, and usage information on a list of eligible customers that is made available to other electric service providers.

You can remove your name from this list. Removing your name from the list does not restrict your ability to choose a different electric service provider.

To remove your name from this list:
