Mail - DP&L provides a self-addressed envelope with your statement to make paying by mail easier.

Automatic Bank Plan - This plan allows you to have your energy bill amount automatically deducted from your bank account. You'll still receive a statement each month that shows your energy usage. Get the form or contact Customer Service for more information.

Budget Billing - Budget Billing helps you manage your energy costs because you pay a fixed amount each month. The monthly payment is based on historical usage and is subject to periodic adjustment due to abnormal weather conditions or changes in usage patterns. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

Speedpay - Speedpay is a third party who provides a convenient payment alternative for customers paying by check or credit card. For a convenience fee paid directly to Speedpay of $1.50 per check and $4.95 for credit card payment, your payment can be processed online or over the phone by calling 1-866-305-3095.
