- A manufacturer’s specification sheet with the rated EER must accompany the application.
- The design performance EER must meet or exceed the minimum efficiencies listed above.

- The chiller efficiency rating must be based on ASHRAE 90.1-2007 chiller efficiency standards.
- A manufacturer’s specification sheet with the rated KW/ton full load and IPLV must accompany the application.
- The design performance KW/ton full load and IPLV must meet or exceed the minimum efficiencies listed above.

- VFDs are for use with supply fans, return fans, exhaust fans, water pumps and cooling tower pumps only
- Air economizers must be installed on CEE Tier 1 or higher efficiency units
- Window Film rebates are applicable for windows facing East, West and South (North-facing windows do not qualify). Installation must result in energy savings on a cooling system powered by electricity.
