Enlarged Bills

If you or someone in your household has a visual impairment that makes it difficult to read your monthly bill, we can help. Upon request, we can send you a large print bill. Large print bills provide the same information as your regular bills, the only difference is they are printed on larger paper. Contact us to sign up to receive a large print bill.

Braille Bills

In addition to enlarged bills, DP&L also offers braille bills for visually impaired customers. To sign up to receive a braille bill in addition to your regular monthly energy bill, please Contact us.

Spanish-Language Customer Service

We have Spanish-speaking agents available to assist our customers. Just dial 7 when you call 800-433-8500 for residential service or 1-800-253-5801 for business service.
