At this time, DP&L is not scheduling additional appointments for our appliance recycling program.

We are experiencing logistical issues and are no longer confident we can deliver the same level of service to you, our customer. We apologize for the inconvenience this interruption of service may have caused. We are working hard to resolve the issues and hope to resume new appointment scheduling soon. If I already have an appointment, will my appliance be picked up?
Your unit will be picked up as scheduled. If you have questions about your appointment, please contact energyefficiency@dplinc.com.

I have had my appliance picked up but I have not received my rebate. What should I do?
We are aware that you have not yet received your participation rebate. We are experiencing some payment processing issues with our third-party vendor. We are working hard to resolve the issues and we are committed to making sure you receive your payment.
