DP&L's agreement with Western Union will end on Monday, February 5.

This means that customers enrolled in Western Union's Pay-by-Text option will no longer receive text notifications that their bills are due. Nor will they be able to pay via text message.

Text reminders are available through DP&L E-Bill. If you’re already enrolled in DP&L E-Bill, you can set your notifications here (you’ll be prompted to sign into MyDP&L first).

If you’re not enrolled in E-Bill, now is a great time to enroll! Paperless statements help you stay organized, and MyDP&L online tools make it easy to view and pay your bill from any device. Plus, you can customize which email and text reminders you would like to receive so you never have to worry about missing a payment.
