DP&L offers payment assistance to customers who need help paying bills. However, sometimes our customers have unpaid bills that are turned over to a collection agency.

If you are moving to a location with collection activity, you will need to provide two (2) documents to show that you did not occupy the property during the time the past due balance was accumulated, or that the previous customer, who has outstanding bills, no longer occupies the property.

We want to make the process as easy as possible for you, so we have listed your options below for the required documents.
