The form below is available to make it convenient for all customers to get help with electric choice without signing into an online account. But, if you have a MyDP&L profile, you can access additional tools to manage your electric choice options, including:

  • View your current supplier
  • Cancel enrollment with a new supplier if you're in the 7 day rescission window
  • Drop a supplier and return to DP&L's standard offer rate
  • Remove yourself from the supplier contact list, or verify you have already been removed

The letter we sent you has the last date you can cancel your enrollment before a supplier can charge a termination fee. If that date has passed, please contact the supplier directly.

DP&L is required to include your name, address and usage information to electric service suppliers. You can choose a new supplier whether or not you are on the list.

We will quickly remove your information, but some suppliers use different lists and may still contact you. If you have already asked to be removed from the list, you don't need to make another request.
